"And now, O Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in you. Deliver me from all my transgressions. Do not make me the scorn of the fool. I am silent; I do not open my mouth, for it is you who have done it. Remove your stroke from me; I am worn down by the blows of your hand.
This was taken from a devotional at The Upper Room a site I found about a year ago searching for something totally different. I have spent much time at this site and find that it is a wonderful resource for me. There is a prayer request forum that I have used so many times. For me, being I don't have a home church, I feel it provides me we truthful teachings in a way I can understand. You can always go back and reread a devotional from the day before if you miss that devotional. You could even get it via email. So my point is this, no matter where you get it from(as long as you trust the source) find somewhere to get your Bible teaching. And that is The World According to Thad
