Today I took my first bike ride on the Greenway Trail. I started at the Piedmont Enviormental Center and road close to 2 miles just before reaching Gibson Park. I probably only road about 4 miles, but it felt like 20. I am doing my best to get myself into shape before October. Tomorrow I am going to ride with some friends in the Greensboro area. Now, it is time for rest. Peace.
